How it works

At our company, we serve as an extension of your business and present ourselves accordingly. Each showing assistant is hand-selected, vetted, and trained to provide you with the highest caliber of in-field support. Our entire team follows the same procedures, and our office staff oversees every appointment to maximize quality assurance.
Yes! In order to legally open properties and have supra access, our showing assistants need a real estate license and must remain in good standing with DBPR. However, showing assistants on our team do not engage in their own transactions or work with their own clients – they serve only as showing assistants!
Like any career, prospective showing assistants apply to join the platform and must pass a series of interviews. Showing assistants that are selected are then onboarded and go through our proprietary training program. Only after successfully completing these steps, can a showing assistant actively take appointments.
Prices vary by appointment type and are subject to change. See pricing tab for pricing.
Our showing assistant agreement strictly prohibits solicitation. The showing assistants on our team are strictly prohibited from working with their own clients and participating in transactions. Our purpose is to only support realtors. We always suggest buyer's agents have an Exclusive Right to Buy agreement with all buyers prior to reserving a showing assistant. Please notify us immediately if a showing assistant tries to solicits your client.
