Show Agents LLC, a Florida corporation (the “Company” or “Show Agents”), is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to the Company’s website, subscribers to the Company’s newsletters and social media, and those providing their contact information. 


The following  Website Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets forth Show Agents’  policy with respect to the collection and protection of your (“You” or “User”) information, including personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”) and other information Show Agents collects from visitors to the Show Agents website located at www.myshowagent.com (the “Website”) or otherwise submitted to the Company. Show Agents is the owner and operator of the Website. 


Please read the following Privacy Policy to understand how Your personal information is treated. From time to time, Show Agents may offer new information or services that may affect this Privacy Policy. 


1.    CHANGES TO SHOW AGENTS’S PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of this Website constitutes Your acceptance of and consent to this Privacy Policy. Show Agents reserves the right in its sole discretion, with or without notice to You, to make changes to this Privacy Policy.  Your continued use of any part of this Website constitutes Your acceptance of such changes. The most current version of this Privacy Policy is dated April 30, 2023 and supersedes all earlier dated versions.

2.    COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF INFORMATION 

a.    Information You voluntarily submit to the Website. The Company collects Your voluntarily provided Personal Data, such as when You contact the Company with inquiries, register for access to the Website, or purchase products or services from the Website. Personal Data may include, but is not limited to, information You provide about yourself or for the clients for whom you are requesting services. 

With regard to information about yourself, the Personal Data may include:

With regard to information you provide about your clients, the Personal Data may include:

The Company’s legal basis for processing this information is Your consent. By voluntarily providing the Company with Your Personal Data, You are consenting to the Company’s use of the Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If You provide Personal Data to Show Agents, You acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred and stored from Your current location to the offices and servers of Show Agents and its authorized third parties affiliates.


b.    Information the Company collects from third-parties. The Company may receive information about You from other sources. For example, if You use a third-party software through the Website, the third-party may transfer Your information to Show Agents for fulfillment.

c.    Automatically collected information. The Company automatically collects certain information about You and the device with which You access the Website. For example, when You access the Website, Show Agents may log Your IP address, operating system type, browser type, referring website, pages You viewed, and the dates/times when You accessed the Website. The Company may also collect information about actions You take when using the Website,  such as links clicked.

d.    Cookies. The Company may log information using cookies, which are small data files stored on Your browser by Show Agents. The Company may use both session cookies, which expire when You close Your browser, and persistent cookies, which stay on Your browser until deleted, to provide You with a more personalized experience on the Website. 3.    HOW YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION MAY BE USED


Show Agents, and any future subsidiaries and affiliates that the Company may have at a later date (the “Related Companies”), may use Your Personal Data and other information to better understand and serve the Users of the Website, as well as in the following ways:
•    To operate and maintain the Website.
•    To create Your account, identify You as a User of the Website, and customize the Website to Your account.
•    To send You promotional information, such as newsletters. Each e-mail newsletter will provide information on how to opt-out of future mailings by unsubscribing.
•    To enable independent contractors and/or companies providing services on behalf of Show Agents, including any of the Related Companies, to provide such services to You.
•    To send You administrative communications, such as administrative e-mails, confirmation e-mails, technical notices, updates on policies, or security alerts.
•    To respond to Your comments or inquiries.
•    To provide You with User support.
•    To track and measure Website performance.
•    To process payment for purchases You make through Show Agents.
•    To protect, investigate, and deter against unauthorized or illegal activity.
•    To review the effectiveness of the Company’s marketing programs and analyze other general demographic trends.
•    To collect data and conduct research on the Company’s customer demographics, interests, and behavior in order to provide forecasts and predictive analyses. 
•    To use aggregated User statistics in order to describe the Company’s services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.
•    To review the effectiveness of the Company’s and the Related Companies’ products and services for new and continuous improvement projects.
•    To notify You of new information or services that may be of interest to You.

4.    DOES SHOW AGENTS SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?


By Your use of this Website, You authorize Show Agents to use and disclose any new or modified information that You provide in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and You agree that the Company is under no obligation to delete or modify information that You have previously chosen to provide to the Company. Please remember, however, that if the Company has already disclosed some of Your Personal Data to third parties, the Company cannot access that Personal Data any longer and cannot force the deletion or modification of any such information by the parties to whom the Company has made those disclosures. 
 

a.    Agents, consultants, and third parties. Show Agents, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include website developing, graphic design, copy writing, e-mail marketing, video creation, mailing information, maintaining databases and processing payments. When the Company employs another entity to perform a function of this nature, the Company will only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function.

 

b.    Business transfers. As the Company develops its business, the Company might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution, or similar event, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.  

 

c.    Related Companies. The Company may also share Your Personal Data with Show Agents’ Related Companies for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

 

d.    Third parties with permission. The Company may share Your Personal Data with third parties to whom You ask the Company to send Your Personal Data.

 

e.    Legal Requirements. The Company may disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (i) comply with a legal obligation or to respond to requests from law enforcement or other government officials relating to investigations or alleged illegal activity or in connection with the Company’s own investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity, in which case the Company may (and You hereby authorize Show Agents to) disclose information without subpoenas or warrants served on the Company; (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of Show Agents; (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Users of the Website or the public; (iv) protect against legal liability including to resolve disputes, investigate problems, or enforce the Company’s customer contracts; or (v) exchange information with third parties and organizations in connection with credit risk reduction and fraud protection.


f.    Third-Party Vendors. Additionally, Show Agents may use third-party service providers, such as social media, marketing, advertising, and analytics partners to service various aspects of the Website. Each third-party service provider’s use of Your personal information is dictated by their respective privacy policy.

g.    Google Analytics Privacy Policy. Google Analytics Opt-Out. To provide Website visitors the ability to prevent their data from being used by Google Analytics, Google has developed the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, dc.js). If You want to opt-out, download and install the add-on for Your web browser. The Google Analytics opt-out add-on is designed to be compatible with Chrome, Internet Explorer 11, Safari, Firefox, and Opera. In order to function, the opt-out add-on must be able to load and execute properly on Your browser. 

 

h.    Purchases. Show Agents uses Square, Stripe, and PayPal to service payments for the Company’s products and services. At no time is Your banking information passed to the Website from  Square,  Stripe, or PayPal. The Company only receives the  information for order fulfillment.

i.    Surveys. Periodically, the Company may invite You to complete a voluntary survey. All surveys are completed through or hosted on the Website or the website of a third-party , such as Google Forms. Some surveys may only be accessed through the third-party ’s login account. This is so Show Agents can (i) improve its existing services ; and (ii) to provide enhanced, new services for the Company’s customers. Show Agents requires Users to log in for data validity and quality assurance. All data submitted through Google Forms  may be stored on their servers and is subject to its website privacy policy. 

 

5.    NON-IDENTIFIABLE DATA
When You interact with the Company through the Website, the Company receives and stores certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify You. The Company may store such information, or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by the Company’s affiliates, agents, or service providers. The Website may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to the Website, the number of visitors to each page of the Website, and the domain names of the Company’s visitors’ Internet service providers. No Personal Data is available or used in this process.

 


6.    COOKIES


Show Agents uses Cookies to store visitors’ preferences, to record User specific information on what pages Users access or visit, to ensure that visitors are not repeatedly sent the same banner ads, and to customize the Company’s content based on visitors’ browser type or other information that the visitor sends. The Company may also share information about Your use of the Website with the Company’s social media, marketing, advertising, and analytics partners. This section explains what Cookies are, how the Company uses Cookies and similar technologies on the Website, and what You can do to manage how Cookies are used.


a.    What Are Cookies. A cookie is a small text file which is sent to Your computer or mobile device (referred to in this Privacy Policy as a “device”) by the web server so that a website can remember some information about Your browsing activity on the Website. The Cookie will collect information relating to Your use of the Website, information about Your device such as the device’s IP address and browser type, demographic data and, if You arrived at the Website via a link from third-party  site, the URL of the linking page. In addition to Cookies, the Website may use web beacons. Web beacons allow the Company to count the number of Users who have visited or accessed the Website and to recognize Users by accessing the Company’s Cookies. The Company may employ web beacons to facilitate Website administration and navigation, to track the actions of Users of the Website, to compile aggregate statistics about Website usage and response rates, and to provide an enhanced online experience for visitors to the Website. The Company may also include web beacons in HTML-formatted e-mail messages that the Company sends to determine which e-mail messages were opened. A web beacon is often invisible because it is only 1 x 1 pixel in size with no color. A web beacon can also be known as a web bug, 1 by 1 GIF, invisible GIF, and tracker GIF.

b.    Essential Cookies. These are Cookies which are essential for the running of the Website. Without these Cookies, parts of the Website would not function properly. These Cookies do not track where You have been on the internet and do not gather information about You that could be used for marketing purposes.

c.    Functional Cookies. These Cookies are used to remember Your preferences on the Website and to provide enhanced, more personal features. The information collected by these Cookies is usually anonymized, so the Company cannot identify You personally. Functional Cookies do not track Your internet usage or gather information which could be used for selling advertising. Functional Cookies gather data about visits to the Website, including numbers of visitors and visits, length of time spent on the Website, pages clicked on or where visitors have come from. Functional Cookies also eliminate the need for returning Users to re-enter their login details.

d.    Analytical performance Cookies. Analytical performance Cookies are used to monitor the performance of the Website, for example, to determine the number of page views and the number of unique Users the Website has. The Company uses this information to improve User experience or identify areas of the Website which may require maintenance. The information is anonymous (i.e., it cannot be used to identify You and does not contain personal information such as Your name and email address) and it is only used for statistical purposes. Measuring Users’ behavior, and analyzing which pages are viewed, for how long and which links are followed to better develop the Website.


e.    Advertising Cookies. Behavioral advertising Cookies, which may be placed on Your device by the Company or the Company’s trusted third-party  service providers, remember that You have visited a website and use that information to provide You with advertising which is tailored to Your interests. This is often called online behavioral advertising and is done by grouping together shared interests based upon web browsing history. Your web browsing history can be used to infer things about You (e.g., Your age, gender, etc.), and this information may also be used to make advertising on websites more relevant to You. Although behavioral advertising Cookies can track Your activity around the internet, these Cookies cannot identify You personally, even if You are signed into the Website.

f.    Manage online advertising. The Company’s approved advertising partners use Cookies together with web beacons to provide advertising to You and to enable the Company to manage the Company’s relationship with those advertisers by, for example, tracking how many unique Users have seen a particular advertisement or followed a link in an advertisement. To market to specific Users across the Website and third-party  sites, so that the Company and third parties can target advertising to Users that will be more relevant to Users’ interests.

g.    Third-party  Cookies. You may notice on some pages of the Website that Cookies have been set that are not related to the Company. When You visit a page with content embedded from, for example, YouTube or Facebook, these third-party  service providers may set their own Cookies on Your device. The Company does not control the use of these third-party  Cookies and cannot access them due to the way that Cookies work, as Cookies can only be accessed by the party who originally set them. 7.    HOW CAN YOU MANAGE OR OPT OUT OF COOKIES?


Cookies, including those which have already been set, can be deleted from Your hard drive. You can also change the preferences/settings in Your web browser to control Cookies. In some cases, You can choose to accept Cookies from the primary site but block them from third parties. In others, You can block Cookies from specific advertisers or clear out all Cookies. 8.    OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND THIS PRIVACY POLICY

a.    Accessing the Website from Outside the United States. Currently, the Company’s services are offered only to customers in the United States and in England.  At some future date, the Company may offer the Company’s services to customers in other countries. If the Company does so, the Company will update the Company’s Privacy Policy. No implication is made that the materials published on the Website are appropriate for use in any other country. If You access this Website from outside of the United States, You do so on Your own initiative and You are responsible for compliance with all local laws.

b.    Document retention. Please note that while any amendments, corrections or deletions will be reflected in active User databases (as updated with a reasonable period of time), the Company may retain all Personal Data for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, analytics, and satisfaction of other legal obligations the Company reasonably believes applicable. The Company may retain Your Personal Data to comply with laws, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce the Company’s contracts, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.


c.    Marketing E-Mail opt-out. You may opt-out of future marketing e-mail communications by following the unsubscribe links in the Company’s e-mails.

d.    Section titles.  The section and subsection titles in this Privacy Policy are for convenience only and shall have no legal or contractual effect.

e.    Website terms of use. Your access to and use of the Website is also subject to the Company’s Website Terms of Use as well as any separate agreements or terms and conditions You have signed or agreed to with Show Agents. Please refer to those agreements as needed.
